Terms of Service

Effective October 15, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and [Company legal name] ("CumThru", "we", "us"), the operator of cumthru.com. By using CumThru you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

1. Adults only

CumThru contains sexually explicit content and is only for people who are at least 18 years old and the age of majority where they live. By entering you confirm this. We remove anyone we believe is under 18 and report suspected child sexual abuse material to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and law enforcement.

2. Your account

You can use CumThru without an email or phone number. You are responsible for everything done with your profile and for keeping your recovery code safe. One person or couple per profile; don't impersonate anyone.

3. Consent

Everything on CumThru must be consensual. Only upload images of yourself (or, for couples, of both partners with both partners' consent). Respect a no. Don't share someone else's photos or messages without their permission.

4. Banned content and conduct

• Anyone under 18, or content that sexualizes minors in any way, including drawn or AI-generated depictions
• Non-consensual content, including hidden-camera images, "revenge" images or images of people who didn't agree to be shared
• Violence, threats, gore or content that promotes self-harm
• Bestiality, incest or necrophilia
• Any illegal act, including selling or arranging drugs
• Offering or soliciting sex for money or anything of value (prostitution or escorting), and human trafficking
• Harassment, hate speech, doxxing or sharing anyone's exact location
• Spam, scams, advertising, fake profiles or impersonation

5. Reports, removals and bans

You can report any profile, photo, message or spot. Our moderators review reports, and we may remove content, hide profiles or ban accounts at our discretion, with or without notice. Profiles reported as underage by two separate people are hidden automatically until a moderator reviews them. See our Content & Moderation Policy.

6. Meeting people

CumThru does not run background checks. Meet in public first, tell a friend where you're going, practise safer sex and use your own judgement. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users, online and offline.

7. CumThru Plus and boosts

Paid features are billed by our payment processor. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

8. Your content

You keep ownership of what you upload. You give us a limited licence to store and display it to other users as the service works. You confirm you have the rights and consents needed for everything you upload. Deleting your profile deletes your content, as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. No warranty; limitation of liability

CumThru is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for the conduct of any user. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
