Refund & Cancellation Policy

CumThru Plus

• Plus is a subscription that renews automatically (monthly or every 6 months) until you cancel.
• To cancel: open the Me tab, tap Manage on CumThru Plus, and follow the cancel link; or use the cancellation link in your payment receipt from our processor; or email [email protected] with the email or order number on your receipt.
• When you cancel, you keep Plus until the end of the period you've already paid for. You won't be charged again.
• We don't give partial refunds for unused time, except where the law requires it.

Boosts

Boosts are one-time purchases that are delivered immediately, so they're non-refundable once purchased, except where the law requires otherwise or the boost failed to work because of a fault on our side.

Billing problems

If you were charged by mistake or charged twice, contact [email protected] within 30 days and we'll make it right. Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank; we usually resolve billing issues within 2 business days.

Statement descriptor

Charges appear on your statement as [DESCRIPTOR].
