All persons who appear in any visual depiction of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct on this website were at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time the depiction was created.

Content on CumThru is uploaded by users. [Company legal name] is not the primary producer (as that term is defined in 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75) of any user-uploaded visual content. Users who upload sexually explicit content represent that every person depicted was 18 or older when the content was created, consented to its creation and to its publication on CumThru, and that the uploader holds the records required by law.
