Content & Moderation Policy

This policy explains what's allowed on CumThru and how we enforce our Terms of Service.

What's allowed

Adults (18+) may post explicit photos of themselves in their profile and private album, and may share explicit photos in chats with people who want to receive them. Everyone depicted must be an adult who consented to the photo being taken and shared on CumThru.

What's never allowed

Minors; non-consensual content; violence; bestiality; illegal acts; prostitution or escorting; harassment, hate and doxxing; spam, scams and fake profiles. The full list is in section 4 of the Terms.

Reporting

Every profile, chat and spot has a Report button. Reasons include underage, harassment, spam, fake profile and illegal activity. Reporting a profile also blocks it for you.

Review

• Moderators review reports within 24 hours. Underage and illegal-content reports are reviewed first.
• Two separate underage reports on a profile automatically hide it from everyone until a moderator reviews it.
• Three reports on a spot automatically hide it.

Actions we take

• Removing individual photos or content
• Hiding a profile from the map and search
• Banning an account. Banned users see a suspension notice and disappear from the map, chats and spots.
• Reporting suspected child sexual abuse material to NCMEC and cooperating with law enforcement

Appeals

If you think we made a mistake, email [email protected] from the email on your profile, or include your profile name. A different moderator will review the appeal.
